Berlin is one of the world’s greatest marathons with the course running through the former East and West Berlin. It is completely flat, asphalted and traffic-free. This combination of features makes Berlin famous as the place to go to get the fastest possible times. There is probably no finer race to say you got your PB! Taking place on Sunday 27th September 2020, it’s a marathon not to be missed.
The race starts on the six-lane Strasse des 17 Juni and is run in an average annual temperature of 13 degrees C (55 degrees F). The course takes in some of East and West Berlin’s great sights, before finishing just beyond the magnificent Brandenburg Gate and The Reichstag.
With over 40,000 runners, as well as over a million spectators who will be cheering you on every step of the way. There’s nothing quite like the camaraderie and togetherness of running a marathon. We promise you won’t be disappointed.
