Colm Murphy ran in the Cork City Marathon 2022, on 5 June 2022 and raised €9,853.
Colm, who managed to raise a fantastic €9,853 when running in the CCM said “they were a great resource when my brother was dealing with a leukaemia illness a few years ago, providing great support during his bone marrow transplant, they provide direct support for patients and their relatives and they also support the running of the Haematology Department In St James’s Hospital, Dublin, in the National Allogeneic Transplant Centre”
Niall Duffy – with one of his enthusiastic supporters who also ran in the Cork City Marathon 2022, raising a whopping €4,665.

What another participant said “It was excellent, really well organised and lots of hype beforehand too which is always good. Looking forward to next year already.”

In total, Niall and Colm managed to raise €14,518, a fantastic achievement.
